Refund Policy – RAJA LLC
Our policy lasts 30 days . If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging .
Non-returnable items
The return of certain types of goods is not permitted, including:
- Perishable goods: food, flowers, newspapers, magazines
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials or substances
- Flammable liquids or gases
Other non-refundable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Certain health and personal care products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase .
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:
- Books showing signs of use
- CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes or vinyl records that have been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for any reason not due to RAJA LLC error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Processing refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the item.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and your original payment method will be automatically credited within a few days.
Delayed or missing refunds
If you have not yet received your refund:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company.
- Contact your bank as it may take some time for your refund to appear.

Sale or promotional items
Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale or promotional items are not refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged .

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift was sent to the original purchaser, the refund will be issued to that person.

If you are shipping an item over $75 , we recommend using a tracking service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee receipt of the returned item.
